Our client is an international logistics company, operating within a specialized logistics services and being recognized as a global service provider in its field of expertise. For further development of their regional business, we are searching for a highly experienced and goal-oriented 

Sales Development Manager
- logistic services -



  • minimum 5 years of sales experience within logistic services, preferably with corporate background
  • deep knowledge about logistics market in Serbia and regional countries 
  • ability to lead a team, creating short and long-term strategy, putting in place sales tactics, identifying and monitoring KPIs
  • strong market intelligence skills and strategic mindset
  • good relations with local decision makers 
  • fluency in English and strong PC skills

Job description:

  • achievement of profitable sales growth in the local market, ensuring business expansion
  • development of new and supporting the existing clients
  • strategic sales development planning and budgeting
  • market monitoring and tactical adjustment of further business actions
  • leading team by setting goals and developing team’s capabilities
  • preparation of offers in cooperation with logistics department and follow up of sales force results 
  • taking care of timely and efficient realization of customers’ orders, payments and quality of service provided
  • active communication with senior management
