Administrative Assistant 

 

Requirements: 

  • university degree in Business or Philology related fields
  • fluency in English and/or German, excellent writing skills in Serbian 
  • advanced Excel and general PC skills 
  • well-organized, operative, detail-oriented and reliable person
  • must be able to follow procedures
  • experience in administrative and/or accounting support function would be advantage 
     

Responsibilities:

  • processing the incoming and outgoing documents 
  • ensuring accurate coding of invoices and accurate input into the accounting application
  • processing purchase orders and preparing shipping and import documents  
  • translating documents from English and/or German periodically
  • basic administrative tasks of filing, copying and scanning
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
