B2B Sales Manager - Atalian Global Services - Mopex - Belgrade

Atalian Global Services - Mopex d.o.o was locally founded back in 1997, as a family company which soon became one of the leaders in cleaning services in Serbian market. In 2015 they became a part of Atalian Global Services, a global company presented worldwide. In Serbia, the company offers multiservice portfolio related to 6 base service lines: facility management, cleaning, technical maintenance, security, reception services and landscape maintenance.

B2B Sales Manager
 

Responsibilities: 

  • achieving sales targets and generating revenue for the company
  • continuous market research and active sales activities to boost client network
  • managing of sales department
  • presentation of the company and service portfolio to industrial customers
  • maintenance of quality relationship with the existing clients and partners and strengthening the network
  • composing tailor-made offers in relation to the client requirements and needs
  • managing sales and negotiation process from offer presentation to contract signing
  • continuous market analysis, timely identification of new projects
  • monitoring competitors' activities, general market trends and proposing improvement measures
  • assisting in preparation and development of marketing materials and tools to support B2B sales

 

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience, ideally in B2B sales of services
  • good knowledge of the market and existing network of contacts shall be a strong advantage
  • active driver status with willingness for frequent travelling and field work
  • strong knowledge of English and PC literacy
  • a stable, self-initiative and responsible salesperson, with strong communication and organization abilities
  • developed interpersonal skills, capability of understanding of the client needs and creating long-term relations with the clients
  • high achievement and sales drive
