Facility and Maintenance Coordinator
- Novi Sad - 

Requirements:

  • college or university degree, preferably in technical sciences would be highly appreciated
  • experience in similar position would be highly appreciated
  • basic technical skills in maintenance
  • working knowledge of English and general Microsoft Office literacy
  • good communicator with advanced organization skills and hands-on approach
  • enthusiastic and supportive personality, willing to learn and advance

Main tasks:

  • dealing with outsource providers for facility and maintenance services
  • providing administrative and logistics support to Maintenance Manager of Shopping centre
  • administration of maintenance requests, trouble-shooting the problem and organisation of repair with external partners
  • calculation of repair costs and preparing periodical total repair cost analysis
  • participation in preparing maintenance budget
  • being a contact point to clients for all questions relating to facility and maintenance issues
  • working closely with Maintenance Manager
