Administrative Assistant

 

Requirements: 

  • university degree 
  • fluency in German or English
  • excellent written and oral communication skills
  • advanced Excel and general PC skills 
  • well-organized, operative, detail-oriented and reliable person
  • highly respectful of following procedures
  • adaptive and committed team worker with high personal responsibility  
  • experience in administrative and/or accounting support function would be advantage 

 

Responsibilities:

  • processing the incoming and outgoing documents 
  • processing purchase orders and preparing shipping and import documents 
  • administrative support in realization of agreed business deals with international and local suppliers and clients
  • repetitive administrative tasks of filing, copying and scanning
  • ensuring accurate coding of invoices and accurate input into the accounting application
  • translating documents and company brochures periodically
  • perform other job-related duties as assigned
